RuiD was born in 1985 in Ulyanovsk, Russia. He began exploring music at the age of 10, developing an early interest in Pumping House, House, and Trance.

In 2003, he launched his own radio show, Rodeo, on a local radio station. Two years later, RuiD became the president of a nightclub called Arbat. After one year, he stepped away from DJing, explaining: “To become a famous DJ, you need to play mainstream music — I can’t do that.”

Since 2006, RuiD has focused entirely on his own creative work. He describes his approach as non-conformist and experimental, stating: “I don’t work within a particular style; I am experimenting over and over.”

This ongoing exploration later resulted in releases on Pozitron Records and Prakteek Sound. RuiD is currently planning the release of a full-length album on CD.
